Black silicon carbide F90 F100 for sandblasting
F90 and F100 black silicon carbide grits are high-hardness industrial abrasives specially graded for standard and heavy-duty precision sandblasting. Manufactured through high-temperature electric smelting, rigorous crushing and precise mesh screening, this black SiC abrasive features sharp angular grain structure, uniform particle size distribution, outstanding self-sharpening ability and high mechanical toughness. It delivers stable and efficient blasting performance, perfectly suited for daily industrial surface treatment and medium-precision finishing workpieces.
Compared with conventional blasting media, F90 and F100 black silicon carbide balances strong cutting power and moderate surface roughness. The medium-fine particle size can efficiently remove surface rust, oxide scales, welding spatter, old paint layers and fine processing burrs on various ferrous metals, steel structures and mechanical parts. It will not cause excessive material removal or deep destructive scratches, ensuring neat and smooth workpiece base surface for subsequent coating and finishing operations.
Widely applicable for general industrial sandblasting scenarios, these two mesh grades are ideal for surface treatment of carbon steel, cast iron, ordinary alloy parts, mechanical equipment and hardware accessories. They can create uniform, consistent matte surface textures, effectively improving surface adhesion for painting, spraying and electroplating. With excellent wear resistance and stable blasting effect, they greatly improve the flatness and uniformity of industrial workpiece surfaces.
Black silicon carbide F90 and F100 is silica-free and environmentally friendly, conforming to global industrial safety and environmental protection standards. It features low dust emission, high recyclability and long service life, effectively reducing abrasive consumption and production costs. With stable chemical properties and strong impact resistance, it is a cost-effective, high-quality blasting abrasive for factory mass production, industrial maintenance and standardized surface finishing projects.
